Open Word Lab is the product website for Open Hanzi and Open AtoZ, operated by Wenyong He in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This notice covers the website. Each app has its own linked privacy policy.
2. Browsing and previews
The site serves public pages, self-hosted fonts, product icons and small interactive vocabulary examples. These examples run in your browser and do not create an account, save learning progress or request microphone access. We do not use advertising trackers or a website analytics SDK.
Hosting, content-delivery and network providers necessarily process information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver pages, maintain reliability and protect against abuse. Their operational records are handled under their applicable service terms.
3. Contacting us
Email links open your email application. If you send us a message, we process the email address and information you provide to answer the request. Do not include passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact records are retained while needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. We do not automatically add support senders to a marketing list.
